Susie is the Best
Ms. Susie arrived at my house promptly and evaluated my washer. Within minutes, she had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I could tell that she was a very knowledgeable professional with many years of experience. This was a far cry from my last experience a few months ago. I can rest easy today and use my washer at home. Susie saved me a trip to the laundromat. Thank you!!!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
I was honestly going to get rid of my washer and buy a new one until Jesusa arrived. She was absolutely wonderful and diagnosed the problem immediately!!! She was on time and very pleasant. We have an old home, so we've had appliance technicians out many times for one reason or another. Jesusa was by far the best and Sears should consider her a company jewel!
