Ice maker not working.
I feel he didn't know what he was doing. He took a part off the old icemaker and put it on the new one installed it and left. After that, the icemaker started making ice and would not stop. The freezer was full of ice and called repair service again. Had to talk to people. I can't speak English.

I was Robbed
He made me sign saying it was for only that he showed up . He didn't do any repairs , no diagnostics because he said he couldn't read the model and serial number . Also representative made a mistake saying it was the stove. I said oven several times. Technician came wanting to check stove when it was oven . I asked him , there is no charge because you didn't do nothing . He said NO but if we come back yes Why am I getting charge when nothing was done only showing to my kitchen when he wanted to check stove . This is ridiculous. . Never using Sears again or recommend .

Again, he wouldn't touch the refrigerator. He said his order didn't state that it was a garage refrigerator. I've had this problem now for four months. You're not doing anything.

AC Still not cooling

Roy refused to work on my garage fridge because he said the order didn't say garage fridge. I pay extra for that fridge on my coverage. Could you send Rudy from Appliance Services back? He said you canceled his work order on Friday. He was working with my work schedule all week. Thanks

Poor service
Second time I've used Sears for the exact same issue. First time they came out and ordered parts but never returned to install them. Second time charged me again and still didn't install the part they ordered. Technician #1 turned off the water until parts would come in. Technician #2 said the problem was the water was turned off. Can't make this stuff up. Ridiculous.

Worse technician
This technician came on two separate occasions. The first evaluation blamed it on the vet tube being too full. I had to pay another professional to come clean it and take pictures that it was clean and did not require cleaning second visit technicians valuation was just to turn it on timer high temperature and disregard all the cycles for the different type of materials. Definitely not certified.

Didn't fix anything.
Hired to diagnose/fix my failing refrigerator. Ended up getting suckered and scammed into paying a hundred bucks just to turn the defrost timer knob with a screwdriver. Which ibviously5 didn't fix anything at all. When will I learn not to trust these low quality companies? Never going through this for anything again and will be telling as many people as possible to do the same.

Poor
Mr. Roy didn't call the day before he came to get information about the workorder. Got an attitude when I.told.him I was at work. He then told.me I had to pay him before any work would be done. I woke my son to let him in the house and then told my son that it was supposed to be a refrigerator not a freezer and it should have been left plugged in. Well if he would have called and told me that then that would have been great. Looked at it and said he couldn't do anything because it wasn't plugged in long enough.
