Edgar's service in checking the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher was very good. He told me he could not check the induction cooktop and someone else was going to come, but nobody came to check the cooktop.

Not convinced
Roy arrived 1 hr before scheduled time and left in less than 30 minutes. I was not home but had cleaning lady there. He called me to say he was done and that we needed to clean out our dryer vent. None of the parts ordered which included the motor were used. I called him back to ask why the parts were not used and he said my dryer worked very well. He took all the new parts with him and when I asked him what was he going to do with the new parts he said they would be returned. I was not convinced with his explanation. We cleaned the vent which had very small amount of lint blown out. The previous technician was very thorough and explained why he was ordering the parts and had me sign for the service call and said the installation of the parts would take more than half a day to install.

He came ordered some parts came back installed them and the machine is still doing the same thing Not rinsing

Washer repair
It took 3 months to fix. Very disappointed. Went thru 4 technicians to finally get it done right.
