AC service
AC did not work after being repaired , had to call back again to reschedule for a 2nd time. Tech should have tested and made sure AC was cooling down

Rude and wasn't transparent
Hussein stated my washer's door was leaking because of mold. However water isn't coming from the door. It's coming from underneath. It's clearly mechanical. He then said he saw the leak after he took the door off and it's coming from inside the door. He then began to argue with me while on the phone with your representative. He was rude and he's professional.

Dissapoonted
The other service tech saw that the key pad was bad and this service tech was probably lazy in not installing the pad and took it with him !

He just checked if it is in good condition and left in 5 min. No cleaning done.

Refrigerator Repair worse than before it was repaired.
My refrigerator issue is not resolved. It's worse now. At least before the temperature would drop to normal. (37 degrees) Now it's stuck at 54 degrees and all my food will go bad. I called sears to schedule a callback and they are making me wait till Wednesday (today is Monday) to schedule another tech, by then all my food will have gone bad. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Refrigerator
I can't get a number low enough to rate the tech because he never showed up. I was informed by HWA that Sears suddenly realized they couldn't repair an LG appliance two weeks after they were assigned the service. There doesn't seem to be anyone at Sears that is capable of getting anything done. My refrigerator has been down almost 3 weeks.
