Kenmore washer serviced by L'teran
L'teran arrived promptly, presented himself very professionally and proceeded to the matter of servicing the washer. He was very attentive as we described the problem with the washer and within a matter of no more than of 45 minutes to an hour he had our washer running smoothly. He was very prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. Thank you so much for the services rendered 😊.

Good but not complete
Edwin is a very good technician. Unfortunately he has rules to follow, and Sears did not allow him to make the repairs required to fix my A/C. So, my warranty company is scheduling service with another company. Sears gets less then a star from me!!

Excellent Experience
Our technician gave us a half hour heads up and was very qualified to do the work required. Only thing that we experienced that was somewhat unpleasant, and not the tech's fault, is our appointment was originally scheduled for the previous day. We were home all day to allow him access and with 30 minutes left in our service window, and not having heard from the tech, I called sears. They said that the tech that was assigned that day decided he couldn't get to us and pushed us to the next day. No heads up no warning just changed it. Luckily we were able to accommodate but needless to say I wasn't thrilled about it.

Good tech. Bad warranty service.
After being a warranty customer for 24 years I was told that they could not service my dishwasher repair because the original model tag was not on the appliance any more, even though the representative assured me that the details were in the history of service!!! I am extremely disappointed after all the years of being a loyal customer!!!
