Outstanding Performance and Service.
Kenneth appeared on-time and as scheduled. He started to trouble shoot immediately and discovered the fault was in the thermal fuse which he replaced in short order. He should be commended for his performance.

Kenneth was wonderful. He finally fixed our washer after about 6 months. It was complicated because one of the other technicians half way fixed it and broke a lot of parts. Kenneth finally fixed it completely after all the parts had been ordered again. I am using my washer and I am very happy. Kenneth is a 5 star technician!!
