The freezer
Excellent service, he knows his appliances. He was quick, neat and explained what was wrong with the freezer and how he was going to fix it. Great experience, I thought I was going to have to buy a new freezer. Thank you sir.

Great Service
We have been without a washer for 2 weeks. The technician needed another part and was able to allocate it before moving onto another job. He called around 5:30 pm asking if it was still ok to come back over. I had thought I was going to have to reschedule again. He was there a few minutes later- finished the repair and I have been doing laundry ever since. A very sincere thank you for coming back over and finishing instead of rescheduling!!!
