Kardavous, the Model Repairman
Kardavous repeatedly kept us aware of when he would arrive, and showed up as he predicted. He took precautions to keep our house clean as he worked on our refrigerator. He demonstrated what had caused our problem and how to avoid a repetition. He cleaned up the worked area, even drying a wet spot that I caused. He was courteous and polite and was gone in less than an hour.
