Misrepresented
These people that set up the appointments are too focused on lying to people to get youto sign up to home warranties. Then when the tech makes his service call it is nothing like they said over the phone.iT WAS A NIGHT.MARE.

No repairs were carried out. Only excuses were given. Carlos called Sears Home Service and Frigidaire tech support and concluded that all Induction type ranges have similar heating issues and my range cannot be fixed. I informed Carlos that on September 10, 2024, we had a virtual meeting with Sears Home Service tech named Calendly Gerald. Mr Gerald virtually observed the burner problem and he agreed that it needed repairs and he ordered the repair parts. Carlos stated that Mr Gerald was guessing and did not know anything about Induction ranges. Carlos left and took the replacement parts with him. Carlos said he would report the results of his visit to his supervisors. MEANTIME MY RANGE IS STILL NOT FIXED. I NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT IS NOT COMPUTERIZED.

My technician showed up very tired
My technician showed up was not very friendly seemed very tired, yawning the whole time in my kitchen, checking my stove and gave me an estimate of 600.00 for a stove fix no thank you I will never call them again

Washer repair
Horrible experience, said my wife got upset and aggressive with him and left right away I was on the phone at the time with her and she did not sound like how he described. She was pointing out an issue and he wanted to blame the issue being related the plumbing that the drain hose went into. We explained the leak was coming from the lower end of the washer and he tried saying it was coming from the wall. He did not seem to want to diagnose properly and didn't want to do that job or he just didn't know what he is doing. My wife cleaned up the water . Got the water hose sprayed it down the drain pipe and nothing backed up at all nor did it come out the lower part of the wall. The wall was completely dry at the bottom. She then did a wash cycle again and right away water was leaking from within the washer and it's all on video. He took advantage of a girl not having the knowledge of that stuff with me not being there and found an excuse to leave and not perform the service. Looking online reviews Sears techs have horrible reviews. I will not recommend anyone to y'all's service techs.

Bad service
I would give 0 stars if I could. Not helpful at all! Did nothing to address the issue. He was in and out without trying to help us figure out the actual problem with our appliance. He just assumed it was an issue with our plug and not the actual appliance. Well we fixed the plug and guess what our washer still doesn't work. Also when he called us it came up private so we could not get back in contact with him.

Horrible customer service from tech
Tech came in stated it could Be the hot water. Ended relaxing both parts that were ordered. The washer is having an intermittent problem and he stated that he can't diagnose an intermittent problem. Yall Have changed 4 parts and it's still not working and he started he would Not notate that it's not repairable because " that's what everyone wants a free washer" were his exact words. I replied I don't want a free washer I want my fixed and it's been 1.5 months. I asked him to stay while The washer goes through the cycles to see if it fixed and he stated no he can't he has been here over a hour. I said I have waited for 1.5 months. And it's still Not fixed. The emails I received with my signature only 1 I signed the other he did not show to me go over with me he forged my signature. This is by far the worst home repair service.

He made me feel like it was my fault that a roach got into the control panel of my microwave. Like I can control a roach in South Texas. But most importantly, I do not appreciate him, signing my document in my behalf.
