Washing machine
Machine is not working right. It makes an unbalanced noise and moving almost hit electric heater.

Issue with timeliness
Our experience was not a great one. When our washer broke the first time, it took several weeks and canceled appointments to get a technician to our home. Appointments were canceled by the company, but we were never notified. Unnecessary missed days of work for us. When the technician did show, the repair was done hurriedly and not properly, causing the same issue weeks later. Again, we had our appts canceled multiple times and were not notified. More missed work days. When the technician did finally show, the repair was done with more care, so we'll see if it lasts this time.

Not happy!
He found an obvious problem, dirty condenser he cleaned it and said that should take care of the problem, it did not. I checked it in the AM ,it was sitting on 47degrees same as it was before service. Now I have to wait 4 days for another service call. Not happy

Great Repairman
Jessie was a great repairman, however my ice maker is still not working. It's been 3 months with no ice maker.

Nothing he could do
He came out but said there was nothing he could do because it wasn't having issues currently. It would have been nice to know why it stopped working prior so that the issue could be addressed and not occur again in the future.

Washer
Not texted when Techinician was on the way, he told me what I should do and if still not working right to call Sears again and left Then came back cause he notice he was suppose to do maintenance check on dryer too…. I really don't know what was done besides temp check. Cause today I blew out lint thur the lint filter slot

Jessie was nice, but seemed inexperienced.
Jessie was very nice, no problem there. However when you wait 3 weeks for a repair person to rescue you from 100 degree heat, you REALLY want results, and that I did not get. I had no air blowing, the fan would not come on, so for me, fan motor was most likely the best place to start. He gave every reason why it was not that, but never checked the motor, I took him to where it was, he said it was to hard to get to and never opened it. Said freon was the problem and they did not have that type, so I could wait longer or have sears pass the problem to someone else. That is what I chose to do and am I glad I did! Next company came and did look at the fan motor put gauges on it and said it was shot. should be done tomorrow! Sears will never be my first choice again.

Decent
We had Hilario, from the start he was not very friendly and just cold attitude. He left our dryer full of oil hand prints and stains inside the drum only some came off. He did fix our issue so that's why I gave him 2 stars.

Didn't repair the washing machine but was polite
Service person didn't spend enough time to reproduce intermittent problem with the washer under normal usage

Omar Visit
Omar has been the 6th tech to look at the same problem with the refrigerator - food freezing in the refrigerator bay. All but Omar acknowledge the problem but do not know the cause. Omar's recommendation is to turn up the refrig temp to 40+ or don't put food in the area where food is freezing.(about 25% of area), either idea is unacceptable. Still no solution to the problem. This is not service.
