Willie was very nice and after a few questions about what happened with the washer. He started troubleshooting the washer. After a few minutes he got a code that he was looking for. He then took the back of the washer and figured out what was wrong with the washer. Then he got it running.

Repair of Dishwasher
Anthony Stephenson is a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He called to confirm that I had not rescheduled the appointment due to the mixup on the digital system. He arrived promptly at the time he stated in his text message. He immediately prepared the area to work on the dishwasher. He was proficient and careful at every step of the repair. At the conclusion, he checked to be sure the problem was corrected. He made sure we were aware of hints and tips that would make the dishwasher run more efficiently.
