Robert J is a hard worker
Robert arrived and we were welcomed by his kind smile and eye contact. We immediately knew the was going to be thorough. His assessment of the washer and dryer was reassuring because we feared a water line issue. There was only a cold/warm water issue. Honest technicians are difficult to come by. He is a keeper.
