Super efficient help when I needed it
Robert immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I was so thankful he was able to fix this in one visit. Super happy he was able to assist.

Washing machine repair
Catalin was a very friendly repairman and explained everything so I could understand. He was experienced and knew what he was doing. It was a workout getting our washer out where he could work on it and watching him manhandle the machine I told him I would not be able to do all that, I'm in my 70's and have not kept up with exercising, much to the dismay of my doctor. He shrugged it off saying he doesn't go to the gym, that's his exercise.

I had no problem with the technician, he was very polite and informative and did the ordering of parts, but it took a month before the parts came in, which was not the technician's fault. Meanwhile i had to pile up my dirty laundry and make trips to a laundromat several times. I don't like to use others washing machines. I'm glad I have a working machine now
