No heads up call when he was going to arrive. I had to rush home when he showed up. You shouldn't expect a home owner to set at home 9 hours waiting for technician to arrive.

Solid service
Winfred was the tech that visited and he was thorough with the diagnostic process. Unfortunately the price repair,although fair, was not going to be practical so I opted to decline repairs and will buy a new refrigerator. I would use Sears again since both the HS that visited so far have been kind people and good at what they do
