Donald was gray. He arrived early! But Sears lost a customer!! This is not the first time my cooktop cracked while cooking. AND it's not the first time SEARS claimed it was caused by an impact. The ceramic cracked while cooking pasta and now only 2 of 5 are usable. My refrigerator, washer and dryer need replacing and I'm going to BigBox store or Big Electronic store instead. I've used to but from the Sears catalog I'm so old. Oh well.
