Refrigerator Service
Kevin did a great job. He is a very nice young man, and he really knew his stuff. You need to keep this fine technician happy. My only problem was a problem Kevin could not have done anything about. It was simply that I had to wait so long for the service. I called on August 10 and no one was available until today August 21. You need to hire more Kevins!

Kenmore Refrigerator Repair
Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was familiar with the problems I was having with my refrigerator/freezer and was able to repair it on the same visit. Since we were having to store our perishables in a neighbors fridge/freezer for the last couple of weeks while we waited for our appointment date, this made us very happy. Hopefully, the repair will allow us to get several more years of service from our fridge. Thanks, Jose!

Great service experience
Brandon was a great service tech. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and personable. He ordered what was needed, the parts were mailed directly to me, and he came back after they arrived. Best part is he installed the new parts, and its working. Very appreciative that Brandon did what he said he would do in the timeframe he told me he would.
