Jose was great!
Up until today, I was ready to turn AHS, A&E, and Sears over to the BBB. My first visit from David to repair my ice maker was fine, he ordered a part which arrived within a week. But then - my second appt to finish the job was cancelled SIX times by A&E. It took over a month to get any response from A&E to indicate the problem would be addressed. Today, when Jose came, he told me that David was no longer with Sears. Duh! So why was I cancelled six times? Intolerable.

Mark did a good job
This process getting our washer fixed took 9 months. Mark figured out where things went awry, from figuring out why parts did not show up and ordering the correct parts that another tech said he would order and did not. I highly recommend Mark.

Refrigerator repair
He arrived earlier than we were told he planned to arrive. I got a call that he was at our home and would leave soon. We were at lunch, but left immediately as the corporate caller said the service staff only had to stay 10 min. I said the appointment had been cancelled 2 times by Sears previously and I wanted the parts installed as scheduled on 8/22/2023. We got home and Winfred then installed the parts he had ordered. He was polite and efficient.

Winfred B is an excellent & very professional refrigerator repair technician. He quickly identified the compressor problem of my 2016 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, had the replacement part ready in his work van, and replaced the bad compressor.
