Third time and Still Does Not Work
There was a lack of technical competence as evident from 3 unresolved visits. The technician was rude and blamed the customer for the failure of the Dishwasher. He downplayed the seriousne of the situation involving a baby.

A simple repair took months because he sent necessary parts back. Sadly this was not the first time.

Your technician did nothing. He walked in looked at the refrigerator said he can't work on it and left.

Two different stories
We told the gentleman that we needed a appointment after 2:00 and he said ok he would let them know. Next I let him know we had purchased the parts and nothing was said about them mot being able to touch the repair if we did not purchase the parts from them. Next I look on my service finder and see the arrival time is around 11:09, so I get intouch by text to let them know the appointment was for after 2:00, and he said he would get in touch with the tech and he would call me to work things out. I never got a call and the tech shows up.at 11:30. He tells me he never got a call or text, and he can't work on my range because we didn't buy thr parts from them. Now I owe them a check for 107.25 for absolutely nothing. Not good!!

Fridge repair
Your service was terrible!!! Two repair men came a total of 3 times. They said the other one didn't know what they were doing. The repair they did did not work. We ended up with a 400.00 bill for parts and labor and our fridge still is broken! How is it right to charge us for a repair that doesn't work and leave us the parts. They made a bad call and we had to pay for it! The repair man didn't care all he wanted us to do was take out extended warranty. We should receive a complete refund. We were excited at first to have Sears repair come out. We have always had good service with Sears. But you were very disappointing. We will look for help else where from now on!! Please contact me!

very dissatisfied
Eric doesn't have good people skills. He is a terrible representative for your product. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he looked for a reason not to have to take care of his customer. When I asked him for his supervisors number, he refused to give it to me. Then when I asked him to stay while I tried to call his superior, he replied he would call the police if I did not get our of his way I would highly recommend you If he worked for me I would fire him before he did any further damage to your reputation.

Not pleased
The technician would not work on the refrigerator because he said the power outlet was not sufficient. The freezer works fine but the lower unit quit cooling. This is the second time for this problem. The first technician obviously didn't fix it the first time either. Now I have to reschedule again. Very displeased.

Chris shouldn't have a job!
Chris was at my house on August 7th to look at my sick dishwasher and did nothing. He said it works so that is all he cared about. He came on September 20 to look at my sick refrigerator. Again did nothing except he said call again within 30 days. On October 3rd a really great technician came and diagnosed it with several potential problems. Today, Chris was assigned to finally fix my fridge …showing up 2 hours earlier than the tracker predicted and said he didn't show that anyone had been at my house 3 days before!!! His comment again was "it's working and there is no problem" . I quickly threw him out of my house and Chris will never be allowed in my house again. Arrogant and lazy - and apparently does not know how to do his job. I don't recommend Sears to anyone. So this one star rating is actually a minus 5

He didn't even do anything
Christopher came and my dryer was not making the noise it has been. He didn't open it to see if there was anything wrong. He just listened and told me there was nothing he could do, that I would have to wait till it starts squealing again or until it stops working completely. Total waste of time and money.

The technician was prompt and flushed the lines. However he did not turn the machine on to make sure that it works and so now he has to come back as it won't even turn back on.
