Ice maker replacement
Christopher, was very knowledgeable so much so that he said the only thing wrong with our ice maker, was a plugged line for the incoming water. Our ice maker was STILL good. However we were charged for the ice maker and labor. I guess I don't understand why he replaced something that Didn't need replacing!

Fridge not fixed
Our fridge is defrosting and freezing back. Chris did nothing to check it out or fix it.

Sears repair service one of many without satisfaction!
This was the third visit to get our washer repaired! It seems to work somewhat! However, it now seems to grind and make noises it has never made before. We were told that we needed to stop and restart the machine whenever it goes from wash cycle to rinse and then to spin. That does not stop the grinding and growling noices it is making. When on wash cycle it makes a racheting noise it has never made before. I am afraid with the poor service we have received on our washing maching. We can not recommend the Sears extended warranty program to anyone!

Noise
He was polite but said I would have to pay because my warranty on my washer doesn't go into affect for 3 months. That's not what the Csr explained to me. He left be fore I could put a load in. It makes noise when it first starts on the wash cycle with clothes in.

Very negative and blaming
He was wanting to blame everything else but himself. He didn't put things back together so I did. Didn't even check to see if it was working properly when he finished. Just got in his van and left. If the dishwasher needs to be replaced he should have said and reported it needs to be replaced so choice home warranty would authorized replacement. I would prefer a different tech Orion going forward from now on. Dishwasher doesn't get any water to spray the dishes.

Technician for Sears D W
The Technician came in, looked at our dishwasher, would not call our warranty Co, would not answer questions on their forms, he said it would be 411.00 to replace the water pump and then most likely the motor would go out. He promised us something in writing within a couple of hours. At 8:19, 8:20, 8:23, 8:23, and again at 8:23 they sent exact same paper 5 times. After my 2nd or 3rd phone call to them. We wanted something to work with for our Warranty Co to help us decide the best course of action since our "15 year old" dishwasher had Never had a problem but was probably about done. He said we declined an estimate, no, we wanted a diagnosis and an idea of the cost and his Expert advice what to do. He was neither friendly nor unfriendly. He did say maybe better off not to spend that much on an older dishwasher. !! If you want the job wouldn't you do an inspection and give us a bid! It was not a good day for us

Rip off services
I am getting the run around. Christopher said there was a leak in the gas line. I had to set up a whole new repair job WITH the deductible payable because now it was a "plumbing" job as opposed to an "appliance repair job". I had to find a plumber myself. He just left and he tested for gas by spraying this bubbly solution in the lines. He said there is No leak and it's a problem with the appliance. So now I will have to spend additional of my valuable time trying to get sears to stand by their warranty services !!

Not Impressed
The tech did not submit my issues properly to my home warranty company and he also broke my ice bin where it no longer snaps in place.

Third time and Still Does Not Work
There was a lack of technical competence as evident from 3 unresolved visits. The technician was rude and blamed the customer for the failure of the Dishwasher. He downplayed the seriousne of the situation involving a baby.
