Cook stove definitely dangerous
This cookstove has definite problems that could cause electricial fatality. It spews electricity out of the knobs. The technician checked the stove and found nothing wrong. I don't trust that. I believe the technician had only the normal basic procedures to check the stove, but did not have the ability to extend the testing to find any underlying problems beyond the basic testing.

Great job on the repair so far.
Today he was not very friendly must been having a bad day, and then to top it all off left a big black grease stains on my carpet. Instead of cleaning it up himself he said we could get grease remover and do it ourselves. Great job on the repair so far.

Dishwasher not repaired
Chris was very nice but did not fix my dishwasher. It started with a roar and leaking water in the floor. After turning it on It still makes a loud roar that was not there before. He blamed the float, but it roared before I removed the float to clean it. He said they "couldn't be bothered by sounds" WHAT! Sounds are what tells you there is a problem. There is still a huge problem.

Terrible
Very unhappy and disappointed. Darryl did not fix our gas range! He left telling me I needed to check and see if we had gas- which we did before it went out. I had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get someone back out (not able to use stove at all during this time) and it was actually because Darryl didn't properly plug in one portion of our new control panel- easy fix. I would never use him again.
