Broken washer
My washer has been broken for 3 months. He came to fix it. We thought it worked after he left. It still doesn't work. It's doing the same thing it was before. Even with the new parts. This is very frustrating. I need my washer to work. I would like someone to call me back so I can get this taken care of. I am not mad but my laundry pile is building. I paid for a washer warranty and I am getting nowhere. It has 3 new parts and still doesn't work. I need some help with this please.

Furnace maintenance
I observed no maintenance. He did a walk around and copied furnace identification numbers only. One star for being a nice guy
