Dishwasher Repair
Francis was very thorough and explained many things to help make our 20 year old dishwasher clean better. He cleaned out the holes in the jets and checked underneath for any deficiencies. Although I would love a new one, he assured us that this one was better than the new ones!

Jenn air oven with error code 4D44
Mike was very professional. He Informed us that our Jenn Air double oven could not be repaired because the necessary part was not available. Going through your automated system to get service however is less than desirable.

James did an excellent job when he was finally able to get to our house and fix the problems we had. The only dark mark on the experience was the extraordinary amount of time it took to actually get a repair person out to us. The dryer broke in early September and it was over a month before anyone arrived to fix it. This is no reflection on James, but rather a complaint about how slow the process was to go from equipment down to equipment repaired.
