I was surprised Sears was able to fix my older refrigerator. I was very happy and pleased with the job they did.

Quick, efficient, professional
Mike not only was the 3 things listed in the title, but he also saved me some money! I appreciate his work and professional attitude. 10/10 recommend him. My experience with Sears initially was horrible. Customer service is not good. They closed my first appointment out and I had to go through my warranty again to get another appointment, after I was informed by the technician I could reschedule because I wasn't home. So Mike really saved them as whole. He single handedly put them over the top.
