Incomplete Repair
Replaced part on range and checked its operation. It is a gas stove with a downdraft. He did not place stove back into original position . I still need it done. Have attempted to contact him and Sears and they can not get anyone to come back until another day. Should have been completed properly the first time.

Poor service
Never showed up at my house. They are supposed to fix the washing machine no the dryer this has been since April parts were lost. I guess that I will have to call the the better business bureau

Customer Work Order Service Scheduling Issues
The only problem I have found is that when I call to schedule an appointment I can never reach anyone that can help me. They continually transferred me to four to five different people and no one seems to be able to schedule an appointment for me. I was told by the technician on the day he was here last time(5/15) that the part was ordered and that I needed to call Sears and have a new work order set up which with me being the customer I don't think I should have to do that. When I do call no one ever seems to be able to help me. The technician gave me a date to come back out which was suppose to be today. I called last well week to make sure I had an appointment today and I was assured that I had and appointment on 5/29. M&M Appliance was the company that came out last time and since they were in charge of ordering the part they would be the ones to come out again and replace the part. So today my appointment was scheduled with A&E Appliance and they could not come out because M&M Appliance had ordered the part and they needed to come out and finish the repair. Then I find out today the part had never even been ordered and my appointment was set up with the wrong company who had no idea what was going on, nor did I have the part. So there is a big lack of communication with Sears, the technicians and the Appliance repair companies you use. You would expect that Sears would have reliable people working for them that know how to schedule appointments. It may be a good idea to relook at the procedures for better customer service, the process you have now is definitely not working.

Not happy with service
It took five visits to resolve a simple display issue. When complete, there was damage to the outside of the stove and the assembly was improperly installed.

Dish washer repair
Couldn't remember how to put dishwasher back together and then broke the part he was supposed to fix. Appears to be rushing repairs and seems very inexperienced. Did not communicate next steps very well after breaking the part.
