He was very polite. He was able to fix our refrigerator in one day. He happen to have the part that was needed in his truck. He was fast and was neat.

Showed up ontime but didn't have needed parts
Service man showed up ontime and was kind to call and give estimated ETA. However, despite my report of a leak, he didn't have the necessary part to fix the problem. Now I have to schedule a second appointment for the repair. This is at a vacation home 1 hour from my residence, so will require 2 days away from home and 2 trips. Should have repairmen equipped with parts needed for repairs.

It all went as well as expected.
Considering this "post Joe Biden world" it all went as well as one could expect. I think it took almost a month from placing the call to actually have the oven repaired but that's the norm these days. The technician was very good and handled everything professionally.

Diagnosis and solution on Kenmore refrigerator leak
Service man was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He found location of leak and removed filter which was the issue. My American Home Warranty did not cover replacement of filter.
