Everything you hope for from a service call
David notified us that he would be arriving at approximately 11am and I texted him back in appreciation. He arrived around 11:15am which is remarkable given that you never know how long your prior calls will take. David was polite, personable and knowledgeable. Fortunately the problem was minor, a water filter issue. We are completely satisfied and appreciative of the service contact from the reminder texts, emails and phone calls prior to the technician's arrival right through his competent service. Joseph , first of all, used my name ! He shared info about my frig i had not heard before in 25+ years of Sears service; he seemed to have clear knowledge about how fridges work and mine in particular... and how best to make My freezer work well...even offered how my radiator would be too close to any future frig, given how they are made today !
