Refrigerator leak
Very professional, friendly and explained the way fridge/icemaker should work properly. Tested a few things and removed filter to see if still leaks without filter. I will call again if leak reoccurs.

Great service very thorough!
Domingo was very professional and polite. He gave my washer & dryer a tune up. He actually pulled apart the dryer and vacuumed all of the leftover lint, no one has ever done that before! I was very pleased! At the end he answered all of my questions and wished me a good day!

Top-notch Technician
Michael was assigned when the previous technician was unable to find any source of water leakage that was tripping the float switch and shutting down our Bosch dishwasher. During his first visit, he analyzed and eliminated the possibilities, one-by-one, until the only possibility left was a very slow leak in the diverter assembly. Then he ran the dishwasher until he detected several drops of water escaping from the diverter. Today he returned and installed the replacement diverter. Michael is knowledgeable, analytical, experienced, and efficient. He is exactly the sort of technician we prefer to interact with for appliance repairs. Thanks for sending him on both calls.
