Incomplete repair - lack of communication
Sears did not complete the job, and advised cannot complete under the warranty. No update status given. Would not recommend.

Telling us be back kept going out side on phone and Tod insurance I damaged washer it was end of day did not want to fix 🤷♀️

Worst service ever
Frankly this is the worst service ever. Your technician did not show up. This has been a two month ordeal with repeated cancellation . This is no way to treat a loyal Sears customer of fifty years.

This Tech was great but, all the others
Lavar was great, but showed up after multiple no shows occurred. Here's what happened. I had a Friday. Appointment, the time kept getting pushed out from 10am thru 8pm until it just timed out, I guess because No calls to advised of the missed appt or anything. Just a no show. Not to mention I stayed home from work for nothing. On Saturday morning I rescheduled appt for Monday, because no one from sears called me. Guess what happened next, at about 1pm on Monday I got an appt cancellation text, after searching long and hard (all the links in the text message just give you a number that rings to a fast busy signal or get you to a telephone recording but no human)I called the claims number, was advised the technician stated my appt was canceled at my request because I wanted a different technician. Which was not true, as no one ever called me or came to my house. Just a tech that didn't want to go to my house I imagine. Appt was rescheduled for the next day. Another day of missed work. Well on Tuesday Lavar showed up fixed my fridge (finally). The claims folks did credit me 1 months service, but I did have to miss 3 days of work because of the prior appointments, which $49 doesn't really cover. Really disappointed by the lack of respect for the customer's time and the lack of proactive support by sears. I truly believe i would still be waiting for support if I hadn't worked the phone after the first two missed appointments. But Lavar was great, he at least showed up when he was supposed to.

Refrigerator leaking water
Tech was here, couldn't find leak. He claimed that it was the dishwasher, sink, icemaker hose, bathroom sink, or the roof, even though it stopped leaking when I turned off the water to the refrigerator and the only damage to the floor is on top of the floor, under the refrigerator. He also said that I should troubleshoot and find the leak myself. Half an hour after he left, the top of the floor was wet until I turned off the water and released the water pressure. He also wanted me to sign that there was floor damage not related to the refrigerator, and release the company from any damage caused by the refrigerator in the future. I called A&E and the computer won't let me talk to a person. Not a good first impression.

Failure
2 day's I've waited for the tech to come and install a Dryer Door Seal.. yesterday and today, NOTHING.. No courtesy Call, no notification, Nothing.. did he feel he installed it in a dream last night, I couldn't say...

Tech very nice, just couldn't fix my problem
The tech that came out was very nice but I was disappointed to hear that he does not have the skills required to fix my problem. Despite this I still have to pay for him to come out and tell me this?! When I say the boiler is overpressuring, don't you realize there may be an issue that requires ability to work on piping/the wet side of the boiler? Waste of my time and money, had to wait all day for the tech to come out and then pay him and find out they don't do work on the pipes or pressure tanks or anything beyond igniters on boilers.
