Very professional friendly. Arrived at a wonderful time with in the early part of the day. Excellent communication skills took the time to let me know what was wrong with my washer and what he did to repair it!! It didn’t cost me a penny thanks to Lowe’s Protection Policy.

My technician gets a 5, he was great! Your automated AI scheduling system gets a zero, my 4/9 appointment was canceled well after 5PM that day. Your AI phone call system gets a zero, i wanted to speak with a person and it wasn't allowed. I felt ignored and disrespected! 4/14 update: The response to my review makes no sense. You advised me to contact you directly so you could address my concerns. My concern is: WHEN I CONTACT YOU THE ONLY OPTION IS TO "TALK" TO AN AI GENERATED RESPONSE, THERE IS NO COVERSATION AND NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING! IF YOU WANT TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS PLEASE GIVE ME AN OPTION TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON!
