Incorrect Unhelpful Diagnosis
Blair told me that my fridge was not staying cold because of a broken damper door between the fridge and freezer. This is nonsense as the fridge has its own evaporator coils separate from the freezer's evaporator coils, and does not rely on a damper door from the freezer to stay cold. I am disappointed that I paid for this unhelpful service.

Washer repair
Terrible I have waited 3 weeks this washer to be fixed and the guy came today and now it is still doing EXACTLY what it was doing before. NOT HAPPY

Refrigerator
Our refrigerator stopped cooling while still running. We had to through out all of our food. We unplugged it several times, but to no avail. We unplugged it and moved it to our renovated kitchen space and it started cooling again. Unreliable at best. The service tech came in and said it is running and checked the temperature and said he could not do anything because it is running. We didn't get any generated analysis report, he didn't pull it out from its spot, or check the back. He just said there was nothing he could do because it it running fine. I'm now waiting until it fails again, but won't be calling for your services.
