Refrigerator Repair by Blair H
My experience with Sears Home Services and especially with Blair H was exceptional. Blair was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair needed to my refrigerator. He had the part with him and had it fixed within 2 hours. I called Sears Home Services on Monday afternoon and Blair was here on Tuesday morning. I would definitely call Sears Home Services for my next repair.

The technician was great, the timing of the company sucks!
I have been dealing without a washer for two months. Thank heavens it was fixed today! The technician was great. I was called twice by the company for them to reschedule my service date. Once they said it was because the parts would not be available in time, but they showed up the next day of the rescheduling. I called to tell them I received the parts and they said I would still need to wait the two weeks to be seen again. I like the work done by the technician, but not the scheduling of the company. Probably will not renew my contract with this company.
