Excellent and Professional
Edward did wonderful work. The refrigerator had ceased working and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then did preventive maintenance on the rest of our appliances, including the air conditioner and water heater. We are very pleased with the home maintenance contract and will renew it when the current contract expires.

Evaluation of service

Lester, There's just not enough great things to say about Lester. He is so experienced in his profession. He is just a fun guy always happy to help with any issues we had with our lawn mower. Our Golden Retriever (Sammy) just loves greeting him as well. Keep up the great work Lester!!

Impressive! Knew his stuff!
We really were impressed with Michael. Came in, listened to the problem, explained what he was doing and finished the job quickly. We are happy to have use of our oven again after 3 weeks.

Bad service, misdiagnosed issue
The first service technician should have diagnosed the problem when he came. He did NO diagnostic testing. The codes were there, he didn't bother to get them ! He just guessed ! First techs name was Lester. I shouldn't have to pay the diagnosis fee . The second tech knew what he was doing and did a good job. He said it wasn't the drain pump like the first tech said. 1.5 weeks wasted. Went and bought a new washer !
