Maintenance
Charles is a great guy. An hour late on original arrival time but OK after that. Last few times he opened up the back of the dryer but said it was not needed this time so only cleaned out front, ran for about 10 min. and said good to go

4th visit by an A&E technician!
This problem with my dryer has been going on for almost a month and required 4 visits. Charles was trying to tell me that my dryer is running on the wrong AMP's but after several phone calls he was able to (hopefully) fix the problem. Holding my breath, since it had been running before and then stopped or tripped the fuse.

Refrigerator still doesn't work
James did a good job getting the ice and water control board up and running on July 26, with no problem programing it. However, two days ago it began making the same banging noises again and this morning it is blinking off and on as well as making the banging noise. He is the second technician that has been unable to fix the problem. We have been without our refrigerator for 2 months and that is totally unacceptable.

Left microwave with loud noise
He is generally unfriendly, unapproachable and my microwave makes a very loud squealing noise it didn't make before. He flies away so fast I couldn't catch him.

JOB COMPLETE
Long story, short of it, Leonard came back today, installed a new part, indicated he needed another part, left to get it, came back, installed the part and told me all was good! shame on me for believing and not testing before he left, because I did my first load and the dryer was still not heating/drying! Another service call Wednesday - totally frustrated!

LG repair work
Worst experience I have ever had from a repair stand point. 3 different repairman over 2 months and never was repaired. The second repairman totally ruined a new compressor with lousy welds and caught the insulation on fire. Causing soot to fly all over the house. The third Sears guy said the unit could not be repaired. So finally I called LG direct. Thanks to the LG company repairman who came and replaced everything that Sears/AE guy destroyed. After 2.5 hours of work the unit now works like new. Lesson learned don't call Sears/AE for repair work. So unhappy!
