REVIEW FOR DAVID
DAVID WAS THE 3RD REPAIR MAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE, THE FIRST MAN ONLY TOOK THE TOP OFF BUT NOT THE BOTTOM & SAID THE MOTOR WAS DEAD, THE SECOND MAN SAL DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING APART BUT SAID IT WAS THE MOTOR & REFUSED TO TAKE THE BOTTOM OFF & SAID THE BACK DOESNT COME OFF, DAVID CAME OVER TODAY & DIDNT TAKE THE TOP OR THE BOTTOM OFF EITHER BUT SAID ITS THE MOTOR, HE EXPECTED ME TO MOVE THE MACHINE SO HE COULD WORK ON IT, BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM TO MOVE IT, HE STATED THERE WAS NO ROOM EVEN THOUGH THERE IS ABOUT 3 FEET BETWEEN THE TWO MACHINES.

Zero Stars
Thomas replaced the main board on our refrigerator, proceeded to tell us the compressor had kicked on and swiftly left. He did not review the LED light on the board that continues to blink red in a sequence of three flashes which means the refrigerator is still faulty.

Not very good listener
He didn't listen to what I had to say. My washer was running for all night and it completed when he was here. So he basically took money. He didn't have answer for why it took so long . Some days it doesn't even spin, I asked him why is that happening- no answer there as well.
