Service Call for dryer that does not heat
Charles was very efficient, thorough and capable in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Previous technician, who came twice, was unable to eliminate the problem.

Ron was great.
Ron was hear on time and helpful but his data base could not find parts for my Bosch dish washer . I contacted Dons Appliance where I purchased the dish washer and they can get parts but he could not go thru them because Sears won't let him .So I have to try and contact the New Leaf Warranty company and see if I'm ever gonna get my dishwasher fixed . New Leaf has scheduled a repair 4 other timer since July and this is the first time they did not cancel .

Refrigerator repair
Tom fixed a problem that has been ongoing since April 28. He had a happy disposition and knew what he was doing without slamming things. He was very customer friendly. Please give this man recognition.

Tech was great. Scheduling service was terrible.
Joseph did his best in repairing my Frigidaire range. Joe was professional and worked hard at troubleshooting and repairing my range. I did not appreciate the multiple cancellations of my service appoints by Sears/ A& E. My appointments were cancelled 3 weeks in a row. Service should have been completed Dec 27, 2023 and was not completed until January 17. 2024. I asked to speak to a supervisor when they called to cancel my appointments ( 3 times) and was told someone would contact me. I never heard from anyone. I had to escalate through my warranty company New Leaf who was able to reach a regional manager, who guaranteed the January 17th appointment. Unfortunately , my range was not repairable. Because of the multiple cancellations I now have to wait until February for a replacement.
