Not Pleased
First I had a text that service would be at 12 noon, then another indicating 1:15. I waited but then tried to reach out and cancel because I feel that an 8 hour window is not conducive to the average person and waiting and taking a day off is bull. When my frustration hit the roof I decided to leave only to see a Sears truck. When I told Esaus the situation he immediately was ready to cancel! I said since you are here let's just do it. He said ok and then when I showed him the unit he said it was the heater. Also, if it wasn't for the gentleman he was training you can not understand a word he says. When all was finished he turned to say to the trainee that this was the last stop and he could go home. Well in my eyes with the waiting and negative service and no true communication during this and then to be the last stop and finding out that he was a Union employee makes me feel that he drug his day out! I understand that many companies are short staffed but this is ridiculous and I really think that I will be looking into a different warranty service!

Washer and dryer maintenance
I have had a service agreement for many years on washer and dryer. This year the service technician was very professional and I thought everything was fine. But the drum of the washer has grease all our sheets,towels and casual cloths now have grease stains. I don't think I am going to renew the contract.

Service
The technician was very good. I really never had any problems with Sears until this past July. My Central Air Conditioner compressor went. It took the protection service until now to get working again. The Home Protection Plan is the worst service I ever had in past year. I'll never will use them again after agreement expires

Disappointed
Steven was friendly and prompt. However, he could not find the serial number location and left while I was on the telephone securing help from LG customer service. It turns out that he needed to pull the stove out from the wall as it was in the back of the oven. Thus, I have lost a day and still have the problem. It seems like someone who services LG electric ranges would have had knowledge of that information or at least thought to look in the rear of the stove.

Poor service
No one called or showed up yet you said service was completed...this is the 3rd time this has happened...will not use you again...and you sent an invoice for work completed...unbelievable

Dryer repair
Terrrible. Came out there and said it was the vent and left. Mentioned about a slinky hose to make it work and the problem it not solved. I replaced the old vent line and this a new one and we are having the same problems that is why I called the service in the first place.

Not friendly
Was not willing to listen to what the customer had to say. Also was in a rush to finish the job. Left while the washer was still running and said everything was normal. Will need to put a ticket again to have another technician come out.
