Professional and knowledgeable
Stephen was able to diagnose the root of the problem immediately. Unfortunately this required an additional trip, but that was hardly his fault. Stephen explained (and showed) us what the problem was. Fully tested the machine after repair and waited for the wash cycle to finish before declaring the problem cured. Wonderful job.

Courteous, honest, and professional
Wayne was here for a noise coming from our fridge and with knowledge, was able to narrow it down to 2 parts. Until it made the noise again, Wayne was honest and said he couldn't be sure which part was having the problem. He could have just picked one and threw a part at it, hoping it would fix the issue. Instead, we were able to make the fridge make the noise and he 100% identified the part and, luckily, had it in his truck. He was super pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing.
