James was great to work with! He was courteous, friendly, and competent. IF ONLY THE CALL CENTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD THE SAME COMPETENCE! They were awful! I was hung up in and never received return calls. Actually talking to a person was basically impossible and when you finally got a live person on the phone they were useless. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE- IN THE USA!
