Sears fix it up guy showed up on schedule, diagnosed and resolved the problem in 20 minutes with advice on how to prevent future similar issues. Can't beat that - Happily gave him a thank you with a tip.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered the proposal to get our dishwasher fixed. Michael was very honest about all aspects of the repair and advised us that purchasing a new dishwasher would actually be less expensive. After a little research on my end, he was correct. We replaced our machine instead of repairing it. Thank you!
