Mike Does an Awesome Job
I wish all the technicians were as respectful and helpful as Mike is. He does a great job! I can't say the same for some other technicians and the service we've been getting from the Sears Protection Plans has been abysmal lately. We've had Sears protection agreements for about 20 years. They used to be good.
