My washer is still broken
I really liked Glenn. He was very professional. He replaced the drain pump on my washer. After he left, I did a load of wash and now there is water all over my laundry room floor. I found it very difficult to notify anyone about my issue. I finally got someone who told me I would be contacted within an hour . That was several hours ago. I went to the address on your website for your local office and there is no building at that address. I am extremely disappointed, not with Glenn but with your customer support. Please send someone to address my issue with my washer as soon as possible. Thanks.

Expensive and delayed
I requested service to fix the icemaker of my refrigerator. It took a few weeks to have a technician to come to my house and when they did, they said it cold not be fixed and the icemaker had to be replaced but I had to pay right away for the repair and the parts. It was supposed to be fixed the following week when the parts arrived but the technician keep cancelling the appointment, on the day of the supposed repair. It happened 3 times, so it took over a month to get this work done, despite the fact that it was fully paid on the first visit.

Kenmore elite repair. Don't use Sears.
Sears is a nationwide company and has been around for a long time. Correct? But the experience that I had was very frustrating. The technician tried to add on products to the compressor that was under warranty. The repair estimate was way beyond what was reasonable. Wanted me to pay 100% upfront and wait for the repair to be done. Overall, very horrible experience.

Never showed up
Never showed up. I didn't get any call. I got nothing. Your rating is a ZERO. I got the text saying you would show up. I got the emails saying you would show up. I got the bill that looks like your service guy went to somebodies house and performed maintenance on a furnace. I would love to know what house
