Refrigerator
The Tech, Ricky, was very nice and he smiled. He vacuumed under the frig which took 4 minutes. He adjusted the door on The frig side to make it properly catch on the magnet & suggested adding more things on the door shelves will assist it to latch right. This part of the job took 16 minutes. I need to have tech come back for same issue though, as the door is Not catching right so not completed, I think. I still need to push the door closed to latch it. I paid over $310 in labor for this job. It was completed today but it needs someone to make sure it's working the right way, to make sure. Please call or email me when someone will come back to complete. Hopefully it will be soon as job was just worked on today. Thank you very much!! P. Butchkoski 8/15/23

Tech left moments after arriving to our home We almost had to reschedule. You need better communications on arrival times You send numerous emails and texts which are great. But your process falls apart as the tech nears the home. Thank you Eric
