Zero satisfaction (actually negative)
Your app said the technician was at my home. He was never there. This is the fourth scheduled service and the fourth time that a technician did not post. And the 3rd time I was never given notice.

Delayed repairs on both appliances ?
It's been mid January since I requested a repair for our washing machine. As of today, the repairs have not been completed. That's not very good service. We're having a similar problem with our refrigerator. Let me ask you a question. What do you call good service?
