Good Job
The technician arrived in the morning which worked great for me. He was friendly, polite and got right to work. The downside with this service is the window for the tech to arrive is 8 am - 5 pm. Even the day of service, they won't narrow it down. This is a change from the last time my HVAC system was serviced and I don't like it! So the tech was great and the timing was good -- this time.

DEI at its best!!
My rating for the technician is a 5!!! The technician is fantastic and true professional... but we didn't need him anymore. Sears is an absolute joke... They sent out parts to my refrigerator that broke months ago. The only problem is that Sears already gave us money to buy a new refrigerator and the parts they sent were to the old refrigerator. DEI at its finest... vote Republican

Technician failed to repair the appliance
Technician shared that he doesn't know how to repair Samsung dryers even though he came out 3 times. You guys kept sending broken and used parts that he couldn't use to fix it. I am extremely disappointed because you wasted my time promising that your technicians know how to fix Samsung dryers. And on top of that you charged me for labor which provided zero results. I shared my concerns with BBB as well.
