Best repair man
Ed found our issue right away and told us what the problem was. He took the time to carefully inspect our appliance and had it working in no time. He has a very pleasant disposition and was very informative. We will request him again if another issue comes up. Thank you Ed!!

The Sears technician, Ed was very professional and easy to work with. I wish Sears service was as good. My part was delayed and then when it finally arrived it was a substitute part that did not fix the problem. There were very little details available when I tried to get more information on the part. There does not seem to be a way to speak to anyone. Ed was great, but I will not use this service again.
