Service provided by Technician
The service provided by Esaus was excellent. The problem is with Sears itself so please don't get a contract with them. Sears need to replace my furnace under warranty since February and they stalling and keep sending out technicians who can't fix it since the parts are not available. I will probably have to get a lawyer to force them to honor the contract.
