Washer repair
Dale was very cordial and competent, even going to bat for me to try to accommodate my schedule. 5 stars for Dale I just wish there were more flexibility in the scheduling end of things. Not everyone is available within the 8:00-5:00 window due to job constraints. It would be more customer-friendly if you could offer two windows like 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00. Also it would be much less frustrating if customers could actually talk to a live person rather than just receiving automated time slots with no recourse for feedback. 3 stars for scheduling. Averaging those two scores together, I rate the overall service a 4.

Kenmore dryer status
Our kenmore dryer decided to only dry on hottest setting, Benjamin came out to analyze and make recommendations. Benjamin is professional, a good communicator, kept us informed of schedule changes. He suggested a fix, told us it might not be fully functional. We decided to try fix. He got it working at lower temperatures on one setting. However, when we used the dryer last night. It worked for one load. Now it doesnt work at all. lights go on, drum doesn't turn. Help please!? Thanks

On time and courteous repair person.
Thank you for being on time. That is always nice. The technician knew exactly what to repair and did it fast. The only thing is that he used a kit that he had ordered for our fridge. He only used a diaphragm or 2 small parts from it and did not used the new drain hoses. I will leave that up to him as I will see if the symptoms reappear or not in a few months.

So far, so good
Benjamin appeared to know what he was doing and what he told me about the situation. My only complaint is not about Benjamin, but that both visits for this repair (assessment and repair) were scheduled from 8am-12pm and yet he was not able to be there before 2pm. To me, 8am-12pm means that that's when the repair person shows up, not just the first phone call to confirm we were still on for the repair.

Good guy, knowledgeable!
Dale was great. My appt window was 8a-5p…some window! He called me at 8:15 to tell me he'd be there in early afternoon which gave me the morning back to do some errands. Showed up at just after 1p, checked things out and gave me a quote and timeframe to finish. Very good service! Thanks Dale!

Customer Neglect
The technicians work appears to be excellent. However, the scheduling of the appointment was terrible! On two separate times the technician did not show.The cost of the service was also outrageous. Do you really think I'm gonna call you guys again?
