James was knowledgeable professional and thorough. He was able to diagnose the issue with our dryer quickly. Unfortunately the part needed was discontinued. And our dryer 14 years old.

Thorough service
Bruce was patient and thorough in completing the dishwasher pump/motor. We really appreciate his good, clean work. The installer (? Years ago - a model number search did not get a manufacture date) had shoe-horned the dishwasher into the cabinet, so Bruce had to finagle it out and back again. The dishwasher sounded as good as new after the replacement. Thank you Bruce!!
