Awesome job, Awesome results
Jonel came out to diagnose the light issue inside our refrigerator. He ordered replacement parts and came back to install them and fixed the issue. Very professional, well qualified, highly recommend.

Technician review only
I'm giving a 5 start only for TROY. Sears would not get this rating because the issue is ongoing. Troy was great, however, completely uneeded visit. Sears is not doing a good job tracking the issue for service and sent him out needlessly. I'm still holding while Sears "researches" for my replacement product. I have yet to receive it. I sent a cancel message, but it never reached Troy. He was kind and punctual and I felt bad he made the unncessary trip. Hopefully we'll get this part in soon.

Fixed problem
He replaced the control panel quickly. Only complaint is Sears gives an eight hour window to be home, but repairman gave 30 minutes notice via phone so it worked out.
