SAD SAD to rate this as a poor experience
This is the 12th visit since 10/24/23. Still NOT WORKING - I am seeking assistance from the BBB & a private attorney due to the number of visits and no repair. I know the techs have tried everything, why will they not replace? Whenever I call, it's another bunce of different BS.

Almost, But no Cigar!
As well meaning, etc. as Austin seemed I was a little shocked when our freezer still had a couple of small problems (that I may could have fixed) that went completely unnoticed. I realized this a few hours after he had left and the freezer was beeping at me again that the temp was going down and the door was ajar. I had to call back to request another service call to complete the repair. Austin "almost" got it right ... but, not so. Even though he was nice, I cannot leave a high mark.

Not repaired
The freezer side of the refrigerator is still not working, I waited the twenty four hours for the temperature to drop but it is still reading 58 degrees. I have checked to make sure that the settings are set correctly. So the technician needs to return.

After being rescheduled two times and never being advised. This was the 6th visit. Parts replaced. STILL NOT FIXED

Unprofessional
I'm not sure she deserves one star. First never called to confirm my appt for 8a-5p till after 5pm. Then tried to get out of coming. Arrived nearly 6pm and complained the whole time. Why is it hot in here and didn't realize it was going to be a tight space where the washer was housed. Maybe it's time to find a new job if you are that unhappy.
