Mitch was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to identify the problem with my refrigerator and helped me sign up for the Sears Warranty Program saving me quite a bit of money. I would highly recommend him. Very pleased.

Best service technician I've had in a very long time. He was polite, listened to me while I explained the issue and went right to work. You could tell he knew what he was doing.
