Very pleasant to work with
Felt like he did all he could do to repair my washing machine. Rate him five stars. No very happy with whoever is in charge of scheduling repairs! Took two months to repair my washer, mostly because of cancelled appointments, not caused by me, or Austin, but because instead of being next in line the very next day, I was scheduled up to a month later. They did have to order parts, but that only took a week. Don't like the fact that I cannot get an email address, or a phone number to express my satisfaction with this fact.

Fridge Repair
It should not take so long to get a tech Out especially when it is a major appliance like the refrigerator completely out.Waiting weeks is too long. However Harold was polite, knowledgeable And he was training a tech. He took care not to damage my floor or my glass door. Showed me how to reset some things and gave me instructions about how long to wait before use and instructions about ice maker. I would appreciate a call. You have my phone number. Thank you.
